Asking these questions reveals possibilities you may not have known existed and opens up a renewed sense of passion and purpose. In my years of work, I have often seen clients surprised at the direction this exploration takes, inspiring them to fully engage in their life in a profound new way.
My coaching philosophy is steeped in the Enneagram. For over thirty-five years I have been studying how it reveals interpersonal dynamics and facilitates transformation. As a coach I work with couples, individuals and executives using the Enneagram in conjunction with other modalities to help clients recognize their patterns and bring forth their highest potential. Many come to work with me wanting to understand themselves more fully and lead a more meaningful life.
My love for depth, connection and the truth led me to become a Life Coach. My approach to coaching is influenced by many experiences including Somatic/Trauma training, Hakomi, the study of Buddhism, Diamond Heart teachings, and mindfulness training. Raising two children has also been instrumental in informing my coaching.
