ENNEAGRAM: PATHWAYS to clarity and change
Why work with the Enneagram?
Our habitual patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving hinder a more natural and appropriate response to what arises in our lives. As we become more aware of these patterns, we can start gradually unraveling the habits that keep us stuck. The Enneagram articulates these patterns in clear detail and, more importantly, provides a map out of these habits. By seeing how our actions and behaviors undermine what we truly want, we are able to create a clear pathway forwards.
My Enneagram Experience:
I have been studying and working with the Enneagram for over twenty years. Additionally, I am accredited by the International Enneagram Association and am a graduate of the Deep Coaching Institute, which incorporates the Enneagram into Life Coaching. Beyond my work with individuals I teach the Enneagram to groups, through single classes and series.

What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram identifies nine personality styles, helping us understand the motivations embedded in our behavior. The symbol itself is centuries old, used first in eastern spiritual practices. It was introduced into western culture by George Gurdjieff in the 1920s and its traditional wisdom has been augmented with insights from modern psychology.
The teachings of the Enneagram show us why we keep doing things that don’t work and why we don’t do the things that will make us happy. They describe in detail nine ways in which we veer away from our authentic selves and, most importantly, the teachings provide clear direction back to our true nature.
"Every class was literally life-changing as new ways of understanding ourselves and our relationships were revealed. We were all especially impressed by her skill at distilling a very complex system down to simple fundamental ideas. Lara also created and sustained a space where everyone felt emotionally safe and, consequently, the connection between the group members became quite deep as the series progressed."
