I am certified in the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) assessment and development tool leadershipcircle.com. LCP measures and provides leaders feedback through the lens of the Universal Model. It is the only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies – and integrates this information so that key opportunities for leadership development immediately become clear.
Individuals and Couples Coaching
For individuals and couples who seek to strengthen their relationship to themselves and those around them, I offer a deep dive into communication and relationship dynamics. I use the Enneagram as a portal to illuminate this exploration.
